Mustique
Since the mid-90s Stefan Szczesny has regularly spent time on the Caribbean island of Mustique. The artist has been attracted in particular by the island’s tropical bounty, to which he has become deeply attached and which has exerted a great influence on his work. On Mustique he also finds the peace and quiet he needs in order to get to the very core of his creative work. Over the years, Mustique has become something of a second home for the artist and his family.
